Chrysler has come up with a way to save money at the pump and will credit you any amount you pay over $2.99 / gallon at the pump. You just have to buy a new Chrysler, Jeep or Dodge to take advantage.
Removable doors and fenders should make off-roaders happy. Also, the 3.6-liter SIDI E85 FlexFuel engine should make it easy on the wallet at the pumps. If the real HX looks like this concept, especially if priced in the $20-30k range, Jeep should be very nervous.
From 1991 to 1995 some Jeep Wrangler models had a 15-gallon gas tank. It's actually a 20-gallon tank that was modified by Chrysler to trick fuel pumps to stop pumping at 15 gallons. This easy modification will allow you to fill 20 gallons of fuel into it.
